Voyager German Shorthaired Pointers

We enjoy our dogs and do only limited breeding. We are active in Conformation, Hunt Testing, Agility, Obedience, Rally, and Tracking, and believe all of these venues can provide information to the breeder. We also believe in health testing and conduct Hips (OFA), Elbows (OFA), Heart (OFA - Specialist), Thyroid (OFA), CERF, and Cone Degeneration (Optigen) tests prior to breeding. Our goal is to better the breed with selective occasional breeding where specimens adhere to the standard and demonstrate natural instinct and capabilities expected from the GSP. Our dogs are our pets first and foremost, and are treasured members of our household. We look for similar views in those we breed with and the homes we place our puppies in.
